We are seeking an experienced and passionate Clinical Nurse Educator (CNE) to join our dynamic Mental Health team. In this key leadership position, you will play a pivotal role in driving education, professional development, and clinical standards across our adult public and private mental health services, including acute and short-stay settings. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality education, orientation, and mentorship to nursing staff, graduates, and students. Identify and address learning needs across the Mental Health Service. Foster a culture of continuous learning and evidence-based practice. Support staff to develop problem-solving and reflective clinical skills. Maintain compliance with mandatory training and CPD requirements. Liaise with education and leadership teams to align training with organisational priorities. Demonstrate excellence in clinical practice and act as a professional role model. About You Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration. Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent). Minimum 3 years post-graduate experience in Mental Health. Postgraduate qualification in Mental Health, Education or Leadership (desirable). Strong communication, leadership, and computer literacy skills. Highly motivated, organised, and able to work independently.
